La Mania, the international fashion house, is now available at Harrods with a collection of stunningdresses available in the store’s Eveningwear department.
The protégée of Karl Lagerfeld, designer and leading entrepreneur Joanna Przetakiewicz, founded the stylish prêt-a-porter womenswear label, La Mania, less than two years ago creating stylish collections for modern, fashion-conscious women with sophisticated high-end, yet accessible fashion which combines classic design and contemporary, minimalist tailoring.
Since then, La Mania has undergone a rapid evolution – first becoming the market leader in Joanna’s native Poland with two stunning boutiques in Warsaw and Katowice, then extending its reach further afield. In February they were invited by the British Council and British Fashion Council to join the International Fashion Showcase at London Fashion Week, where they also held a spectacular showcase at the Royal Academy to debut their collection. Now, with a number of dresses stocked at Harrods’ Eveningwear Department, La Mania really can announce their arrival on the world stage; and so an exciting new chapter for this innovative new fashion house begins.
