To celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, King of the Cognacs, Louis XIII, has collaborated with where other than the Four Season’s Hotel London at the notoriously grand Park Lane to create a cocktail worthy of The Queen herself.

The Diamond Jubilee Fizz is a delicious blend of Louis XIII cognac, raspberry liqueur and rose essence, and is of course topped up with the finest Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne. As if that isn’t enough, each customer will walk away with a stunning Leviev Diamond thankfully included in the hefty price tag.

“Diamonds and cocktails make for a winning combination, I’d say!”

Davide Guidi, the Amaranto Bar Manger is responsible for the creation of this ultimate celebration cocktail, the Diamond Jubilee Fizz. The idea began with the base of the world’s most sought after luxury cognac since 1874, Louis XIII cognac and the other ingredients stemmed from there. Having been enjoyed by both celebrities and royalty over the years, it was a natural place to start.

The Diamond Jubilee Fizz is contained in an exquisite decanters; each individually created by hand, by a minimum of five expert craftsmen and finished with 24-carat gold. It is then poured and served in luxurious crystal glasses.

It will be available from the Amaranto Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, throughout the whole of June for £10,000
