History made as England scores a hat-trick at the Audi International Polo

History was made on Sunday, when HRH the Prince of Wales presented the Westchester Cup to the England polo team at the Audi International Polo at Guards Club, Windsor Great Park.

This is the first time in 111 years that England has achieved a hat-trick for the Westchester Cup since winning in 1886, 1900 and 1902.  The home team put on an outstanding performance to beat the Americans 12 goals to 11 by sudden-death goal. It was one of the closest and most exciting international games that the UK has ever seen.

The bold and the beautiful turned up in droves to enjoy the sport and the hospitality. Celebs spotted include Naomie Harris, Eddie Redmayne, Bianca Jagger, Julien Macdonald, Alice Eve and the lush, David Gandy.

The England side featured the ever-reliable Captain, Luke Tomlinson, his brother Mark, and James Beim.

The American opposition included nine goaler Polito Pieres, eight goalers Mike Azzaro and the popular Nic Roldan, and one goaler, Marc Ganzi.

Boujis rounded the evening off nicely with a colossal after-party featuring Groove Armada and Pete Tong on the decks.
