Porsche Design Tower: Unique Luxury Project in Miami

Porsche Design Tower

The luxury project Porsche Design Tower is set to rise on 18555 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Florida.

The project is predicted to be completed in 2016, with high expectations to be one of the most exclusive properties in the world. In fact, it will be the first condominium complex to transport residents via an elevator directly to their doorstep whilst sitting comfortably in their car.

Porsche Design Tower has taken its name from the renowned car manufacturer  Porsche Design Group, whom together with  local developer Gil Dezer, are collaborating to develop this impressive luxury building.

Gil Dezer and his company, Dezer Development have worked side by side in the past with Donald Trump for the project development of 8 luxury condominium complexes in south Florida.

Porsche Design Tower is the first complex equipped with elevators specifically designed to transport vehicles directly to the doorstep of an apartment. Basically, once the car has been turned off and correctly positioned, a robotic arm, similar to an automatic plank carefully transfers the vehicle into the elevator. Once the vehicle has arrived at the desired floor the robotic arm removes the car from the elevator, positioning it at the residents doorstep.

As well as this extremely advanced high-speed technological elevator, the building will also be equipped with “normal” glass elevators, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city.

Each of the residences will be fitted with two parking spaces, while the larger residences will have up to four spaces. The building will offer multiple top-class facilities to its residents. To include, three infinity swimming pools, one of which is to be positioned in front of the ocean with a sunbathing area, a private bar and restaurant with an outdoor fireplace and chill-out area.

The complex will also have a spa, complete with a terrace and Jacuzzi’s, a well-equipped gym, and a recreational area with a private cinema and pool tables.

An exhibition museum like space of 929sqm allows residents to admire a collection of luxury cars in a wondrous setting of magnificently kept gardens.

The luxury properties are to offer many unique features, such as air-conditioned garages connected directly to the apartments, large windows with incredible views of the ocean, tinted glass walls and fireplaces. Each of the bathrooms are fitted with a whirlpool bath, porcelain washbasin’s and marble tiling.

The residences positioned in front of the beach will have a private swimming pool on the terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen. All in all, it would seem that this collaboration between Porsche Design Group and Gil Dezer has led to an exceptional luxury creation.
