This time he is back with yet another ‘World’s Most Expensive’ to his credit. This time he turns his hand to property…. and oh my goodness….

Residing on a secret location in Switzerland near the Italian border, ‘The Most Expensive House in the World’ was constructed. Kevin Huber of exklusivHAUS approached Stuart Hughes, for this huge project for one of their own clients who wanted something out the ordinary.

With a total of 8 rooms, the build spans 2442 square metres. Living space:725m2,Terrace:388m2,Cellar (with special wine-stone-cellar):245m2 and 4 parking places in a Garage.

However, what makes this the most bespoke living place ever is that it is made using over 200,000 kilograms of solid gold and platinum fixtures and fittings

Specially designed flooring, right throughout are made from meteoric stone with shavings of original Dinosaur bone from the 65 million year of Raptor, the T-REX! Embedded in each tile.
