You are probably thinking you need to clean up your diet… “Oh no diets I hate dieting”! I agree with you, I hate them myself. You know I had the biggest sweet tooth out of anyone I knew, and I had such a lack of self-control when I was around deserts 6 year olds would get embarrassed for me. My lack of self-control was practically non-existent. One thing I’ve learned about myself was that: I’M ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT MODERATION. I either go all out or nothing! Well since I was a child I was fascinated by super heros and larger then life characters, I always wanted the type of chiselled body that would be desired by women and envied by men. Which is great, but my other greater desire was food. Something had to give, It was now or never!
I had tried all sorts of fad diets in the past, but would always end up gaining more then when I started. I knew more about diets then most dieticians. I thought to myself, had anyone living ever lost the weight and kept it of or maintained a great body throughout life, I was on a quest! This is what I found: diets and exercise programs can help you lose a few pounds in the short term, but long term, studies showed that 92-98% of all dieters gain back all their lost weight – and often more. So I wasn’t alone, If this has been your experience too, if you’ve tried and failed to lose weight and keep it off, then keep reading and I will reveal to you some methods I unravelled that will help you get to where you want to be, in just the way I did, and have since helped countless people in 67 countries achieve their desired results.
The problem with you or anyone else wanting to get in shape is not lack of knowledge, all you have to do very simply is eat less and exercise more. You could try 10 different diets, they can all work, but the reason you are reading this is because you can’t apply them! The key is ..Mindset that’s all it is. We all know what to do but are some how unable to apply it. What changes you is changing the root cause, it’s very likely that you haven’t yet gotten to the root of the problem yet. The problem is not physical it is a psychological shift. The tiny percentage of people that had lost weight and managed to keep it off and look great had changed their self-image, their psychology there was a subtle but noticeable identity shift. Almost like a vegetarian. Think about it, a vegetarian doesn’t crave a big mac! Their out look has changed so to have their fundamental desires.

Right now, you have one (or more) “Subconscious triggers” that are keeping you stuck from achieving your goal of that picture perfect body. Your internal desire for instantaneous gratification from food, is far greater then your desire for a great looking body. In order to change and re-program your mind to truly enjoy the foods that will keep you trim and slim and develop a taste for exercise requires mental conditioning first before physical conditioning. The reason you need to reprogram your mind to do this is very simple 85-90% of all human behaviour is subconscious, therefore when you want to change how and what you eat, and you want to exercise you are battling with the greater 90% part of yourself, you will always lose!
So how do you program your mind to change the relationship you have with food? Do you remember how it was as a child to brush your teeth? It took discipline initially and you didn’t always remember to do it, then eventually it turned into a habit. Now the thought of going out and not brushing your teeth would never occur. You changed from a discipline to a habit. To lose weight easily and keep it off for the rest of your life requires that you develop a habit that becomes so enjoyable that you would never break. In order to develop a habit you have to take negative thought patterns and associations out and replace them with positive ones. It’s about learning to eat only when hungry and also being comfortable without overfilling yourself. Most people who diet don’t make it to the habit-forming part, which is why they keep failing to loose weight and move on to a different diet.
Almost every diet neglects the mind and gives you a quick fix or magic potion solution that will not work universally with everyone and if it does, it never seems to last. Your body works as a whole, you can’t just fix the body without reprogramming the mind. They are interconnected. The only way to keep off weight permanently is to develop a subconscious habit:
Apply these 7 easy to follow steps for the next 21 days and they will help form into a subconscious habit. The lesson in this is eat slowly and mindfully with greater awareness every day until it becomes a habit. The subconious part of your mind does not distigush between what is real and what is imagined, if you keep imaging it with emotion you will surley end up acting on it and translating that image into reality![/one_third_last] [dropcap]7.[/dropcap] Affirm your ideal size and make it real, change the story of being over weight, this is destructive because when you stress about food or your image of your body you release the fat producing hormone called cortisol. Keep a positive self image and stay determined.
