Once completed, the skyscraper will result as one of the highest buildings in Dubai, and the fourth highest residential building in the world. Construction of the luxury apartments in Dubai began in February 2013, and the project quickly caught people’s attention. The lavish interior design of the 200 luxury residences is being carried out by the renowned Italian Fendi Casa.

The luxury residences are to be located between the 43rd and 84th floors, varying from one bedroom properties to five bedrooms.

FENDI Casa will be in control of the interior design of the entire building. The head designer, Carla Fendi, has confirmed that the project will be “one of the most significant moments for the history of Fendi”.

The style of Fendi Casa combines contradicting elements to create an unpredictable composition which is fluid throughout. With the use of curved lines and varied materials, eclectic meets modernism, and a successful infusion is achieved in true Fendi Casa style.
