It is fully-equipped, with fantastic sea views.
Outside, Villa Chi offers an infinity pool, outdoor lounging sofa, four sun beds, outdoor dining table and six chairs.
The property is located within a 5minute walk of Kamala Beach. Ideal for weddings and special events.
Guests of Villa Chi can also enjoy free access to the five-star services and facilities of the nearby Cape Sienne Resort, including a 30metre swimming pool, sap, fitness centre, yoga /Pilates sessions, tour and yacht excursion bookings, and car rental.

Currency conversion
Whilst prices are quoted in Dollars, Quintessentially Villas can also receive payment in GBP Sterling or Euros and you will be advised the conversion rate applicable.
Cancellation charges
- 30% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notiļ¬ed more than or equal to 40 days before the start of rental period;
- 50% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 39 and 30 days before the start of rental period;
- 60% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 29 and 22 days before the start of rental period;
- 80% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 21 and 15 days before the start of rental period100% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed during the 14 days before the start of rental period.
