Boasting spectacular, far reaching views of the coconut groves and Caribbean Sea, Sunrise House is one of the few houses on the island to have its own secluded white sand beach.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms and further areas which are adaptable for sleeping. The luxurious living space and media room offers all the comforts required for a relaxing holiday. For the more active, the property comes complete with a private fitness suite.
Outside there are numerous terraces for outdoor dinning, an infinity pool and floodlit tennis court. Additionally, there are two enchanting cottages that sit by the edge of the sea with a fresh water rock pool and charming areas for dining and lounging. Sunrise House comes complete with professional and friendly staff including of butler and house manager who will thoughtfully care for all your needs.

Currency conversion
Whilst prices are quoted in Euros, Quintessentially Villas can also receive payment in GBP Sterling or US Dollars and you will be advised the conversion rate applicable.
Cancellation charges
- 30% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notiļ¬ed more than or equal to 40 days before the start of rental
- period;
- 50% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 39 and 30 days before the start of rental period;
- 60% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 29 and 22 days before the start of rental period;
- 80% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 21 and 15 days before the start of rental period100% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed during the 14 days before the start of rental period.
