This villa provides a truly exceptional outdoor space.
Inside, the villa offers contemporary living, with neutral colours throughout and all the mod-cons you could require. Offering five fantastic en-suite bedrooms, each sumptuously decorated Sunset Villa is large enough to accommodate large groups of friends and family. The fully equipped American kitchen opens onto the living-dining room with large double doors looking out to the exterior dining area.
At Sunset Villa, privacy is key. So, ensuring that your holiday remains private, the gate property offers automatic gates, large parking area, alarm system and safe boxes throughout the property.
If you fancy exploring the island, San Jose is only a 10 minute drive from the villa, while Ibiza Town is 20-25 minutes away.

Currency conversion
Whilst prices are quoted in Euros, Quintessentially Villas can also receive payment in GBP Sterling or US Dollars and you will be advised the conversion rate applicable.
Cancellation charges
- 30% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notiļ¬ed more than or equal to 40 days before the start of rental period;
- 50% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 39 and 30 days before the start of rental period;
- 60% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 29 and 22 days before the start of rental period;
- 80% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed between 21 and 15 days before the start of rental period100% if cancellation is notiļ¬ed during the 14 days before the start of rental period.
