Villa Fiesta offers 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, satellite plasma TVs, air-conditioning and mini fridges. The large living room has a superb bar corner and similar to the dining room, it offers direct access to the principle pool terrace. On the lower ground floor there is an underwater bar and disco, with sub-aquatic pool windows, providing the ultimate private after-hours club! The property also comes complete with 7 full time staff, including 2 butlers and a chef. For when the partying is on hold, you can relax in the property’s thermal detox Sauna and steam room or work out in the gym.
Outside there are numerous terraces, with the roof terrace boasting a bespoke hot-tub where up to eight people can sip a cocktail under the stars and listen to the waves lapping up against the shore. There is also a breakfast areas with views out to the bay and a large formal dining area for 12 overlooking the pool, complete with BBQ.

Currency conversion
Whilst prices are quoted in Euros, Quintessentially Villas can also receive payment in GBP Sterling or US Dollars and you will be advised the conversion rate applicable.
Cancellation charges
- 30% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notified more than or equal to 40 days before the start of rental period;
- 50% if cancellation is notified between 39 and 30 days before the start of rental period;
- 60% if cancellation is notified between 29 and 22 days before the start of rental period;
- 80% if cancellation is notified between 21 and 15 days before the start of rental period100% if cancellation is notified during the 14 days before the start of rental period.
