Nestled on the East coast of Mauritius, amongst 213 hectares of tropical gardens and surrounded by a golf course designed by Ernie Els, you will discover Anahita The Resort. Within this superb resort, there are 28 luxury ‘Lunea Villas’, consisting of three, four and five bedrooms. All villas feature private swimming pools, contemporary fitted kitchens, large outdoor patios and gardens.

Ranging from 331sqm to 497sqm, the villas are surrounded by either the championship golf course, designed by the renowned golfer, Ernie Els, or offer a view of the lagoon, views of the manicured gardens or the beautiful mountains of Mauritius. The villas are ideally situated offering ultimate privacy yet with the resorts’ amenities only a short stroll away. Each villa comes complete with a private villa host, on hand to assist with any requirements. Payment terms
30% deposit on booking. Balance due 12 weeks before departure

Security deposit
25% of rental cost

Credit card charges

  • 2% for VISA and MASTERCARD,
  • 3% for AMERICAN EXPRESS

Currency conversion
Whilst prices are quoted in GBP Sterling, Quintessentially Villas can also receive payment in Euros or US Dollars and you will be advised the conversion rate applicable.

Cancellation charges

  • 30% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notified more than or equal to 40 days before the start of rental period;
  • 50% if cancellation is notified between 39 and 30 days before the start of rental period;
  • 60% if cancellation is notified between 29 and 22 days before the start of rental period;
  • 80% if cancellation is notified between 21 and 15 days before the start of rental period100% if cancellation is notified during the 14 days before the start of rental period.
